The online shop sells original artworks and selected replicas.
Original artworks have limited availability.
No digital products are sold.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT (10%).
Worldwide shipping costs are included in the product price.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees outside Finland are paid by the customer.
4. Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

5. Delivery
Products are shipped from Helsinki, Finland.
Carrier: Posti (Finnish postal service).
Estimated delivery times:
Finland: 3–7 days
EU: 7–14 days
Outside EU: 7–21 days
Pickup:
Pickup is possible in Espoo (Kalastajankuja 8 D 27) or Helsinki Katajanokka (Vyökatu 4) by prior arrangement via email.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a specific reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Sinako Oy by email at info@sinako.fi before the 14-day period expires.
The product must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after making the withdrawal notice.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The returned artwork must be in the same condition as when received.
If the product has been handled in a way that reduces its value, Sinako Oy may deduct the depreciation from the refund or refuse the refund.
7. Claims and Transport Damage
The customer must report any transport damage within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

If the claim is accepted, Sinako Oy will refund the purchase or send a replacement.
Return shipping costs are covered by Sinako Oy in case of transport damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sinako Oy is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by force majeure.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or by contacting the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
